Consistent adult guidance and positive role models — building resilient, confident young people ready to shape their own futures.
Mentorship provides young people with consistent adult guidance and positive role models. Many learners in Diepsloot lack access to adults who can help them navigate school, make decisions about their future, and believe in their own potential.
The coaching programme focuses on self-leadership and personal development — building the character traits that translate into real-world success. Learners engage with mentors from Grade 10 onwards, during the most critical decision-making years of their education.

Coaching goes beyond academics. We help learners understand that they have the power to direct their own lives — that their circumstances do not define their future. By pairing young people with consistent, caring mentors, we create the space for real personal growth.
Share your time, experience and encouragement with a young person who needs it.
